SUMMER WELLBEING WORKSHOP:

Sunday 23rd June

Treatments available:

Monday-Thursday 10am-8pm

Friday 10am-4pm

Radiance Well-being Workshops are held in line with the seasons – Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter to align with the natural rhythms and energy patterns associated with each season.  The concept is rooted in the idea that our wellbeing is influenced by the changing environment and atmospheric conditions throughout the year.

Following the Winter Wellbeing Workshop in January, which focused on nurturing, self-discovery and the importance of rest, the Spring Workshop is now open for bookings.

Join me on Sunday 24th March for the Spring Wellbeing Workshop focusing on Growth.

After the long dark winter, we emerge into Spring with hope and new growth.  The anticipation of longer warmer days is just round the corner, but before we reach the dizzy heights of summer, it is good to take some time out to check in on our selfcare and ambitions.

Just as in nature, new shoots of growth are starting to emerge and this is a time when many of us venture further, looking to travel, visit new friends, trying new hobbies.  It is an exciting time.

At the Spring Wellbeing Workshop,

we start with a meditation (grounding),
check in on where you are now and what you want to achieve this season (reflection and observations),
learn how to honour your wellbeing,
create transformations
finishing with the closing ceremony to complete your day of self healing.

Those new shoots of growth need tender care in their early days, just as you do.  Maybe you need think about the food you eat, your environment or to create new rituals that embrace the extra daylight.

As the new shoots of growth emerge, it’s time to simplify your selfcare.

Early Bird Tickets can be purchased here (@ £130)
All workshops include: 2 x meditations, a morning of selfcare (individually and group discussions), amazing food, an afternoon of creativity, a good bag to take home to continue your selfcare.  Plus refreshments throughout the day.
Workshops are held at the Soul Barns in Mortimer – (free parking).

‘meeting all the lovely people, the lunch and Sarah’s wisdom in breaking things down into smaller more manageable chunks in order to make little changes’

‘loved the vision boards, as I am a visual person.  Everyone sharing their own experiences including Sarah helped us connect as a group.  It was soul food’
