Focus on Aromatherapy Massage
Working from home, lack of movement and less likely to get out of the house due to less daylight hours, leads to stagnation in your body and increased feelings of lethargy. Did you know a massage can help stimulate blood flow and circulation and boost your mood at the same time. Tip: If working from home is getting you down and you are feeling generally less mobile, make some time to stretch during the day, get up from your desk and move frequently. This will help to decrease muscle aches.
To book an aromatherapy massage – where the oils are selected specifically to suit you based on your health, stress levels and lifestyle.

Using the luxurious Truffle range from Temple Spa, this facial has been designed by Sarah at Radiance in Theale, to bring relaxation, radiance and transformative results together. You will instantly feel your mind and skin soothing, whilst experiencing the benefits of this vegan, luxury, anti-ageing range. Highlightsin the treatment include the golden hydrating mask, the eye truffle for reduction in the appearance of dark circles and wrinkles and a choice of 3 moisturisers.
