You understand the fundamentals of a good lifestyle and understand how to practice good selfcare. Most of us do. So what stops us?
What keeps you juggling?
- Is it lack of time,
- lack of money,
- guilt (always put others first),
- you believe are not worthy of spending time on yourself.
- You know the why and how, but still it doesn’t happen.
During the summer workshop I will share with you ways to simplify your selfcare, find those little hacks to introduce them without detriment to the rest of your world. We’ll explore all of the ‘reasons’ above and more.
You will leave the workshop with a clear strategy to help you make positive, permanent lifestyle changes to support your health and wellbeing.
BONUS FOR THE SUMMER WORKSHOP
In the afternoon you will learn some facial reflexology techniques you can use at home in times of stress, when you need a boost or simply want to add these simple ways to practice good selfcare.
Every workshop includes meditation, group and solo work, a fabulous lunch, an afternoon activity and a closing ceremony.
