Ahh, November. The days are getting shorter, the nights longer, and let’s be real – a lot of us are starting to feel the effects of this seasonal change. Whether it’s feelings of loneliness creeping in due to more nights at home,  or just plain old tiredness, the transition into winter can be a tough.

Together, it’s like a big, cozy hug for your senses.  I have them in the oil burner, but if you would also like them as your massage blend just let me know.
